Urban Roots reviews and coordinates handovers, journeys, luggage, equipment, pets and special individual cases – no freight, taxi or courier service.
Some requests are not a simple ride and not a normal parcel. They are about coordination: who has what, when something is needed, where a handover should take place and who is authorised?
Urban Roots checks whether such a request can be supported organisationally without acting as a taxi, passenger transport provider, forwarding company or parcel service.
Every request is reviewed individually. Not every request can be accepted.

Keys and documents
Prepare handovers, clarify authorised persons and coordinate feedback.
Time windows
Structure appointments, people involved, places and contact persons.
Regional special cases
Especially relevant between Bavaria, Munich and the Kvarner region around Cres and Lošinj.
Data protection and authorisation
Handovers may involve sensitive information. Please do not send key codes, passwords, access data, ID documents or information about unclear items in the first step.

Urban Roots is not a taxi service, passenger transport provider, forwarding company, parcel service, courier service, moving company, dangerous goods transport provider or medical transport provider.

No freight forwarding, no courier service, no taxi, no passenger transport, no dangerous goods, no medical transport.
Transfers as our own service
We carry out vehicle transfers up to 7.5 t (driven on their own axle) and towing combinations with boat or trailer up to 3.5 t total weight ourselves – larger and heavier transports are coordinated with vetted partners from the transport industry.
